Ithayela Installation & Refractory Projects (Pty) Ltd. specialize in the installation of Refractories in a coal fired Boilers in Power Stations. We are the only company who are qualified to install the Qualcor Refractories patented Silicon Carbide Burner Quarl Tile System.
Over the years we have developed and implemented a quality management system in order to document the company's best business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customer and to improve the overall management of the company.
The quality management system of the Ithayela Istallation & Refractory Projects meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008. This system addresses the manufacture and the production of Ithayela Installation & Refractory Projects and its customers products.
Our hISTORY
Ithayela Installations & Refractory Projects (Pty) Ltd was established on the 1st March 2015 with 100% black ownership held, 66.22% is woman owned.
Although the company is newly established, it has been installing Quarlcor product for over 30 years, and the majority of the staff have been with the company for over 18 years.
Quarlcor Refractories (PTY) Ltd was originally started in 1985 in a small manufacturing plant in Alrode which was then moved to our current premises in Vulcania Brakpan where we have our factory and office.
